PAYMENT
Fifty percent (50%) of the as-configured purchase price is due at the time of checkout. This deposit secures your parts, and begins the confirmation process on our end. The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price, plus shipping and applicable state taxes are due when the rifle is complete, and prior to shipment.
CONFIRMATION
We will reach out to you to review component selection, deposit/payment receipt, FFL selection for transfer, and go over any special requests you have for your rifle. As a custom shop, we will maintain contact with you during the build process with updates and consultation.
SHIPPING
Shipping charge is a flat-rate of $50 and includes insurance to the full value of the rifle. Shipping charges within Oregon are FREE. Firearms will only ship to Federal Firearms License holders or government agencies with a certified purchase order. Partisan Defense, Inc. does not export firearms or firearms parts or accessories outside the United States.
*BAN-COMPLIANT CONFIGURATIONS
Partisan Defense, Inc. will not ship firearms or magazines in configurations unlawful to applicable law in ban states (some exceptions for licensed dealers, manufacturers, government, and law enforcement). If you live in an anti-2A state, please consider moving, or contact us first to discuss how we can modify your firearm to be compliant with your local laws. We will work with you and your legal parameters.
